Make sure to ask for your ticket, and check your food before you take it. I ordered a double baconator and my fiance said “I’ll have the same thing but single” and we got two completely different burgers and when we asked about it the lady there said that that was what we ordered. Then the manager came and she said that what we should have ordered was the single baconator. That is what we ordered from the beginning. If possible, avoid this wendy’s and go to a different one, they give you attitude here when they make a mistake.

A Nostalgic Trip to Wendy’s in Eatontown: Close to Perfect with Just a Dash of Quirky So, I found myself sitting in a Wendy’s in Eatontown, chowing down on a plain baked potato with sour cream and a small chili—classic comfort food. Naturally, I had to pair it with a Frosty, because, well, some traditions should never die. As I sat there, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a busy lunchtime, I couldn’t help but feel a little nostalgic. You see, I used to work at Wendy’s about 40 years ago in Florida, back when the chili was meatier, the floors were spotless, and the Frosty machines were a little less… temperamental. The woman who took my order tonight was super nice and courteous. Professional and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush to place my order. Even when I made a mistake she was patient and even gave me a recommendation. I appreciate all of this when it comes to fast food and this level of service is rare to see in that industry. That service would keep me coming back. The food was good not the best but not bad either. The swirl lacks flavor. Dairy Queen ice cream has more flavor and that says a lot. The fries were not crispy to taste. Nugget, burger and chicken sandwich was okay not bad. All in all compare to the other Wendy’s in the area I would come back to this one and try again

The place is always closed to guests. You can't get in. The staff is horrible, they don't treat me as a client, but as if I were their worst enemy. Food is cooked for a long time, waiting on average 15 minutes. The order can be picked up only by car. This is not the first time Wendy's has disappointed me like this
