Wendy's

This sandwich looks real good. It's a shame that I never got one after ordering one through Door dash. My receipt says that I got one but right now I'm staring at a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Which I cannot eat because I can't eat mayonnaise. I know nobody is perfect in this world, but I'm done with ordering from this store because everytime I do, a food item is missing or wrong. EVERYTIME! It's a shame that employees spend more time playing around behind the counter than they do making sure that a customers order is correct. I see it everytime I step into the store to grab something to eat, so I know it happens and now the mistakes are happening regularly thru Door Dash orders for which I'm thankful that I can get a credit on my missing food but that doesn't help me on my lunch break

Very rude and incompetent man at the drive thru. Has to be mid 40s (understandably mad that he has to work drive thru, but still no reason to be nasty). Repeated my order at least 6x at the drive thru and he still left things off and (with a nasty attitude) said I never asked for it. There were only 4 items, and I repeated it multiple times. When I politely asked for the correct sauced he closed window on me mid sentence. Just nasty AND incompetent. Pick one

This place is so hit or miss that you're better off just going to Taco Bell or the Legends. At least when you order from those places the food is guaranteed to come out hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken tenders and even waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to still be handed to me cold as a brick.

Do not eat here, the place is filthy, they advertised Mushrooms Swiss Burgers so I ordered 2 small Combos and got charged for large because they were out of all cups except large, every single napkin holder was empty and when I went to counter to ask they said they are out.. Instead of a Mushroom Burger I got Mush Burger . The floors are never washed and bathroom are a health hazard. I choose Wendy’s because I usually get higher quality food but not at this location.

After waiting 50 minutes in this long line, the car in front of me fell asleep, like a normal person I drive around the car only to wait another 15 minutes. At this point my kids are hungry and just want nuggets and fries and to go to bed. I finally get to the window and the heavy white lady, skinny white man and heavy black girl tell me to go back around. Confused, I tell them the car behind me fell asleep and my kids just want nuggets and fries. They proceed to yell telling me to go back around. I say ok, just know that I’m going to write a review and call corporate as well as write a letter. They are fine with all of that so here I am and I really hope they all get suspended. Poor customer service in a time with AI on the rise is sad. Just think, a poor rating, a lost customer and all y
