Son of a baconator, fries and chocolate Carmel frosty! I have 4 stars bc they gave me a vanilla candle frosty instead. Fast service, great food! Wendy’s has lots of options! Bbq sauce is excellent!

Now, when I give the reviews, I don’t want anybody to base their experience off of what I say. It’s just what I experienced while being there walking into an empty Wendy’s it’s kind of creepy could’ve been just the time of day. I don’t know. The food was not very well and I think the staff actually forgot they had a customer in the dining room as they were just back in the back, talking very loudly but laughing having a good time and though there’s nothing wrong with that, it just felt awkward specially for a guy who worked at Wendy’s many many years ago I mean it’s worth a trip go get your hamburger there and your chili whatever you want.

The employees were very nice and polite, the biggest reason for the bad review is the food. The cold foam coffees didn’t even have cold foam on them and tasted like black coffee. Ordered a chicken sandwich no tomato and it had tomato on it. Ordered the bacon burger that comes fully dressed and it had nothing on it. Baked potato came without a fork, easy to eat at home but we were heading somewhere afterward.

Ordering on the app where Wendy's is currently offering a "$2 Double" special, I went inside to pick up my burger. When I stepped up to the counter, I could see into the kitchen that they were just getting started on assembling it. At 3pm on a weekend, the dining room was empty but clean. Soda station and condiments were tidy and stocked properly. There had been no trash in the parking lot. The cook handed me my burger and explained that because I had ordered it without the bun (yay, keto diet!), he had left off the ketchup and mayo, putting packets in the bag. That was a really nice touch and much appreciated. I ate the burger in the van with knife and fork. While topped properly and the cheese was nicely melted, the two patties were beyond "well done" and quite overcooked. Disappointi

Very hit or miss when getting food here these days--and most of the time it's a miss! The worst was definitely my experience tonight, though. We spent about 15-20 minutes in drive thru and paid $25 for 2 large meals-- a big bacon burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. The burger was actually raw in the middle. Not just slightly undercooked-- PINK everywhere. My husband took a bite and noticed the texture was off, and pulled it apart to look at it. It was disgusting. The spicy chicken patty was also undercooked, although it did not look totally raw. It was very stringy and had a weird texture. It saddens me that so many fast food workers do not care about the product they're putting out these days. I worked at Wendy's for 4 years as a high schooler and young adult, and the standards we upheld
