Wendy's

I ordered a simple meal the operating machine that they have outside. I asked them to repeat the order and the machine is not capable of letting me know that they don’t have a specific drink. Very highly upset at the fact, the lady in the drive-through was on her phone talking to her mother I get it you gotta talk to somebody. I understand, but at least inform me that you guys don’t have the drink that I want and not just force me to take the drink. I specifically asked is this the cold brew cold foam? It’s what I ordered she said no we don’t. I just put cream in it like if that’s a solution. If you guys don’t have my drink, replace it just to avoid an argument or an altercation because the young lady was still talking to her mom I took the cup and left but next time I would love to be inf

This Wendy's is using AI for the drive through, 2 time in a roll it mess up my order, today is cut out ans did not even take an order. I am not going to the Wendy's anyone till that get rid of it. It make the experience unpleasant. I hope the GM removes

Was working g across the street for a week. Came to this Wendy’s for 4 days. lol. Staff was great. Facility was clean and the food was perfect and hot every time.

Horrible service 8 cars in the drive way , waiting for more then 15 minutes in drive way and none of the cars moving at all for more then 15 minutes. Two men standing in the drive thru window laghing. Never come to this Wendy's again. Completely rediculous. Oct. 12, 2025, Sunday 5:12pm. Employees playing around instead of working, horrible. My small kids were hungry and falling asleep in the car because of the long wait, had to get out of the line and go to another Wendy's. Horrible service.
