Wendy's

I ordered DoorDash and Wendy's messed up my order. Picture to show what I ordered and what I got on my chicken sandwich. I also only got 5 nuggets, instead of 6, and one was a spicy nugget. So, I emailed corporate office and Eileen told me to contact DoorDash to complain. It wasn't DoorDash they were great but this Wendy's did not make my sandwich correctly or can even count correctly apparently. Good luck getting what you ordered or even any help from corporate! I would stay away!!!

Absolutely the worst drive thru experience ive ever had at Wendy's in lake wylie sa. The order taker yelled was rude and huffing and puffing when I added a second and third combo. Then my 40 dollar order had 4 cold old large fries and two of my four burgers were wrong. My junior bacon was ice cold the cheese wasn't melted and the tomato looked like it had been chewed up and spit out on two inches of mayonnaise....oh, and it had no bacon!

Food WAS warm when I got it. I brought the issues of the temperature in the lobby to the cashier, SHIFT LEADER (lady said she’s GM in training) and the GM herself!! All told me that it has to be cold in the lobby because some customer got hot and died in the lobby last year. This is unacceptable. This is because the store doesn’t have good circulation from the kitchen so they jack the temp down to compensate. My fingers freeze as I type this review. Note: if you eat inside during winter months bring a jacket, blanket and mini oven because not only are you going to be cold but so will your food!

Went in on Thursday around 7pm after work. Place was crazy busy! Waited in the lobby for my food. I will say a manager (Emily) was doing her absolute best. Seemed like she could use some help in there though there were plenty of employees! Good job Emily!!

never really a great experience I feel most fast food in rockhill has went way down in quality and care the last 5 years
