Wendy's

I love Wendy’s. It’s one of 2 of my favorite fast food joints. This Wendy’s was great. Clean and efficient. They got my special request right. They was very mindful of my dairy allergy!!

I hate having to use a kiosk to order. It was very difficult to see with sun glare. We had to get napkins and ketchup from another table as ours didn't have any. The food was hot, but the buns were dry and the lettuce was wilted and old. Had we been able to order at the counter, we all would have gotten cookies as they looked delicious, but it wasn't worth the time and effort to go back and use the kiosk again.

Dear management I want to give credit to Angelina. She provided incredible customer service and probably one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. She made my coffee perfect with my breakfast meal. Her candor and overall positive energy made my morning start off feeling good! Keep hiring talent like Angelina.

Ordered food at 6pm on a Friday - no line, just me. You’d think that would make things simple, but apparently not. I ordered 3 Biggie Bags and a large fry, and they still managed to mess it up. Wrong burgers, missing fries. The staff looked and acted like they couldn’t care less, like they hated being there. I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic politeness and getting an order right shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I got the new ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. Taste was ok but it was very underwhelming to look at. Definitely false advertising from that perspective. If my sandwich was used in an ad, they wouldn't sell another one of them. Photos of the ad, then my sandwich. 🤷‍♂️
