Wendy's

I usually like Wendy’s, but this visit was a disaster. I tried the seasonal Fish Sandwich, and it was a mess (see photos). It was dry, missing the lettuce, and had no tartar sauce. Beyond the poor food quality, the service was the biggest letdown. The employees were dismissive and rude, making it very clear they were unhappy to be working. It’s frustrating to pay for a "premium" seasonal item and get bottom-tier quality and service. Won’t be back to this location.

I had an online order tonight that had about 4 drinks with it, however, the drive-thru worker handed me the cup coaster which as I was sitting that coaster down in my passenger seat (I drive a 2 door Mini Cooper), the bottom of the already soaked cup coaster gave out completely to which a Large Coke that I ordered spilled out everywhere in my passenger seat. I appreciate that the worker was willing to replace the Large Coke that spilled over for me. I just wish the store or whoever prepared the drinks had put another cup holder under to support the wet one, or would have noticed that the one the drinks were carried out with was soaked to the point where it’s coming apart before the drinks were handed over. Not only did I have to pay 37$ for a small amount of food intended to feed just 2

Service anywhere these days is Slow. but the Workers were respectful and accommodating. unlike McDonald's. Disapointed my food my burger was Cold and the Bun was not fresh. also was told by a worker Not to get the Ketchup from the Dispencer. 👎🚫🙅 What the flip? If something is wrong, spoiled or whatever anything wrong with that ketchup in the dining room for you to pump into the little paper cups REMOVE IT!

We're regulars here. Usually good. 8:37 Sun morning and the manager had to brew coffee. None ready. It's also 52° out. Very disappointed with this. The food quality is usually pretty decent. Had to wait for a not full cup! Edit The breakfast potatoes were reheated and fairly inedible. They were greasy from the second time in the oil. Having been a restaurant manager for a long time, I can assure you I do know what reheated food looks like and the resulting garbage. This is totally unacceptable. You should be ashamed.

Ordered online for pickup at night around 6PM. The place was empty, looked dirty, was too warm, didn't smell right. Service was fine. Lettuce and Tomatoes on the burgers were old looking, buns were stale.
