We are currently sitting in the dining room. We came in and ordered, not till we were through ordering did they mention they only had the lemonades and soda was out. They then proceeded to to upcharge us for the drinks even though it was the only drink they were offering and was forced to choose that option. When we asked the worker about it, she rolled her eyes with supreme attitude and refused to take away the upcharge. Classy. This is why we don’t ever eat at Wendy’s
Hit the drive through had my four legged best bud got my food and 2 milk bones. Highly recommend Awesome people.
Has the worst customer service! Trying to charge me for extra sauce on the saucy nuggets that are already supposed to be that way after I’ve already spent $30 at the restaurant. The manager there is very argumentative and not a very nice person. Lost my business. Your TV advertisement says saucy nuggets not just something that looks like they just brushed it on.
This is the Wendy's that I always prefer to order from. The people are very nice and friendly. My food comes out correctly and hot.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We received drinks with mold in them! Disgusting!!!! This is so bad I contacted the health department!
