Wendy's

I decided to stop by Wendy's to get a Cobb salad. They were out so I got the Apple Pecan instead. I was a little skeptical, but now know it was a good choice. The salad consisted of: romaine lettuce, pieces of apple, cranberries, Bleu cheese and chicken. The dressing that came with it was pomegranate vinaigrette. Much to my surprise it was tasty and a great complement for the salad. A separate bag of glazed pecans were included. The prices of the salad has really increased, but that seems to be the norm these days. The young man working the drive-thru was very pleasant.

Im convinced Wendy’s surveyed the local area for the people with the worst customer service skills and hired the bottom 5. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without someone acknowledging my presence. I pulled around to both windows and was BLATANTLY ignored by multiple employees. It’s 7:30 and there are no indicators that the drive thru is closed. I had to refund my app order. I’m not expecting top tier service from a Wendy’s as is, but I would hope that I would at least be able to order food? Just close the location at this point.

I placed an order through DoorDash. Went to go pick it up and was about to drive off but something told me to look in my bag. Glad a I did. The order I received was not the order that I got. I went back to the drive through and told, I guess who is suppose to be the manager but shouldn’t be, a woman who looks like a man told me “what does your receipt say”. Sir/Ma’am, I don’t care what the receipt says what does the order on door dash say. She or he I don’t know what “it” was because “it” was very rude. Instead of taking accountability and fixing the order “it” had a very nasty attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable reordering because I don’t know what would have happened to my food.

2nd person in line. They had NO BBQ sauce NO Frosties and on top of that they had no ice and no straws! Then the fries were lukewarm, the biggest were dry and the burger was burnt! I did an online order and I can’t even get a refund like they said. Terrible. Please close this location.

Now I don't understand how hard it is to make a good hamburger or cook some fridge fries. But it seems this place can't get it right food cold and overcooked. The new strawberry swirl frosty was the bast part of this meal.
