This location has gone downhill since coming to Calera. There is always an issue. I placed an online order that wasn’t ready when I got there - waited for about 10 minutes when there was no one else in the drive thru. Then, had to listen to a conversation about the difference between a relationship and a situationship because the window was open. Lastly, my fries were not hot. After last night’s visit, I don’t care to return. The city deserves better.
Ordered a burger there, at 7:30 at night. Got the song of the baconator to be exact, and my meat had clearly been sitting since lunch. “Fresh never frozen” sure it wasn’t frozen but it wasn’t near fresh, I’ve had left over burgers off my grill fresher than this hockey puck excuse of a burger. Absolutely disgusting.
First off…. Would you eat this is what I asked the manager??? He stated “yeah, probably”.. “Did you get that from here?” “This is the bacon we’re serving”. Awful customer service & disappointing food.
I pulled in probably 15-20 minutes before closing and this was my first time eating at this location so I had no idea what to expect... but this was my first meal for the day and I was hungry! As I said I didn't know what to expect... there were a few cars ahead of me, so there was a bit of a wait, but when I got my food it was amazing!!! The fries were hot the sandwich was too!!! It really makes it seem like they take the "made fresh to order" lotto seriously!! Two thumbs up and a major THANK YOU to the crew that was on duty. My tummy and tastebuds were well-pleased! 🤗
Wow, completely shattered our expectations. The food was amazing and looked better than what was on the menu. The hot food was hot and fresh. The cooler items such as the lettuce and tomatoes on our burgers were fresh and cold. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. They gave us our children's orders asap so the little ones wouldn't be hungry while the other food was cooking. The bathrooms and the store were clean. Honestly best experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Well done and thank you for a great positive experience.
