Wendy's

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a mobile order for drive thru but the line was really long so I stopped inside they found my order but told me ( very hatefully) since it was drive thru, I had to go through the drive thru. So I get back in line and wait… and wait….. and wait ( there were atleast 8 cars in front of me) just to get to the window for them to tell me they didn’t have ANY ORDER AT ALL. Apparently the rude employee that told me I couldn’t just grab my order while I was inside had CANCELLED IT COMPLETELY. You would think that with Wendy’s closing 100 of locations nationwide they might put a little pep in there step and atleast TRY. I sincerely hope your store is one of those that closes. So I went down the road to Chick Fil A picked up TWO mobile orders in a matter of 5 minut

on our way back home from vacation we stop to get some food at wendy’s. it took two minutes for them to acknowledge us at the order box. we order a jbc biggie bag, no tomato add ketchup and make the fry a large. we get the food, it had a tomato and no ketchup and the fry was a jr not a large. we go inside and to me it looked like when we walked in the girl at the counter looked like she knew we were coming in with something wrong in our order. we ask to have the burger remade with no tomato and add ketchup. we get it back and check it as we walk out the door, there’s a tomato! no mayo, no ketchup. -also we were the only car in line and not at a busy time of day.

The short small black girl who works at this wendys is so kind and caring! She wants it freash and she makes it to order no ATTUDE no rudness. Please continue to keep customers delighted and coming back.

After 18 minutes of sitting in line with only two cars in front of me, I finally get to place my order where I'm told to hold for three or four more minutes and then by the time I get to the window I pay and I'm asked to move forward without even receiving my drink. How far this is one the worst fast food experiences I've had. If you hope to get quick and fast food you could literally go across the street to Denny's and get it quicker.

The food was okay but the steats were clean the tables were clean the bathrooms were really modern and clean with 3 stals and a drink station with sodas and sprites and others and the food service was quite fast and if you dint like it there's a burger king and chick f lay right next to it.
