Wendy's

The entire serving counter was covered in clutter at 7pm. The fries were soggy and old. Nuggets were reduced in size (shrinkflation). Asked for a sauce for my sandwich and was ignored by the Large woman behind the desk after she looked right at me. Had to ask twice and then second time told it was .54 cents for a BBQ sauce for my burger. Was going to sit inside and eat but that was offputting. Good thing cuz upon looking st the dinner room all the tables were dirty and uninviting. What a sad state the burlington Wendy's has become. Totally uninviting and felt like a restaurant who doesn't care and is in decline. This Wendy’s has repeatedly taken my money and forgotten items, never has any amount of coordination and everyone seems to be not fully there considering the lot constantly reeks of marijuana. Today I was made to wait 10 plus minutes and then they still forgot my sandwich. I normally never review but I’ve had enough of the incompetence.

The 4 star is caused by their not having French fries available yet they charged for the two meals. They did throw in one order chicken nuggets. It was very expensive and I was told their Wendy's was more expensive than others. I didn't ask why. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the workers very nice.

Poorly managed staff that can’t seem to get orders correct or complete. Save yourself from wasting time or money here because customer service is no existent. Good luck you’ve been warned.

I hadn't had Wendy's in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy's burger and Dave's Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place!
