This location is AWESOME! Seriously was the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was prepared perfectly; I felt like I was actually eating the same Single with fries right out of a TV commercial or other advertisement. The taste was spot-on and, no hyperbole at all, was simply the best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's, hands down. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were all well trained and knowledgeable about their different roles, and I don't think I've ever had such a great experience at not just a Wendy's but at any fast food restaurant, period. I will DEFINITELY be making the trip to come back, even though it's about 18 miles each way for me from my house it's worth it. I ordered thru the drive thru. I paid cash. I had about $3 in coins (quarters and dimes). I noticed a car behind me. I gave the man the dollar bills and coins - he said "thank you". I told him there was about.25 too much. He said "thank you" again. I told him I overpaid. Also, I never received a receipt. Then I drive out of the drive thru. I proceeded to call the manager. She was very apologetic and said she would speak to him.

This is a recently remodeled Wendy’s. Appears the place has been gutted from the inside and out. Dining room now has a very upscale appeal to it, and the Coca Cola Freestyle Machines also appear upgraded, which is a plus. Ordered take out. Website is TERRIBLE - just beware. But lots of good rewards options and deals which is why it’s worth it. Ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. Came with 4 pc. Chicken Nuggets, Jr. Cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. For $5, this is a STEAL. A lot of food! Food was also delicious. Staff are friendly too. Will be back! Glad this location is still around - a lot of the other ones in upper Chicagoland have closed.

I pulled through the drive through and the speaker box cut off. When I pulled up to the window, the employee just gestured at me and then ignored me. Very odd experience.

I tried ordering 2 sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches. they gave me 2 egg and cheese sandwiches. I used to work drive thru and I know that it's really not that difficult to read back what the customer is trying to order. that's literally the standard at every fast food place.
