The food was good, the little fireplace was nice, but the service was the worst!!!!! The manager that evening was the rudest lady ever! Ok will never be back and hope that others consider doing the same so that they will come to realize a change is necessary. Also they're very slow, too.

Went through drive thru, forgot to add something to my order, added it at the window, the guy looked at me like I was a total inconvenience. Then I was rang up for just the sandwich not meal. I said I asked for the meal they said I was only rang up for burger. I said ok I would like a drink and fries. I had my card hanging out the window already to pay, then I hear they better pay for it in a rude tone. 🤨 Was given sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened (health reasons I can't have sugar) then I was given cold fries 😤 I paid extra for something I couldn't eat or drink.

Id give 0 stars if I could rudest people I've ever dealt with. Ordered $35 worth of food and asked for one extra pack of sauce and was told no unless I payed .50. The manager lady asked what i was needing and I told her I just needed an extra sauce and she literally laughed at me and walked off. After waiting in the lobby for our food for 15 minutes our fries and nuggets come out cold. Just ridiculous I will never return to the parkway location again.

BEWARE WENDYS ON VOLUNTEER PARKWAY! Ordered a jr bacon double cheeseburger plain in drive thru this afternoon. Opened it up to see a sandwich that had been doused in condiments, but wiped off. Like very clear chunks of mustard rubbed into the buns and beef patties. Talk about gross, unprofessional, and unhygienic! Who in their right mind thinks this is acceptable?!? I went into the lobby to get my sandwich replaced and there were flies everywhere. The manager walked in from smoking outside, didn't wash her hands, looked over my crusty burger and was unapologetic and unsympathetic. My replacement "food" came up and boy am I glad I checked it before leaving the store. No bacon! Finally got a new sandwich, 3rd try, and it was still supbar. Very good food. Workers were nice and fast with the order.  The food was fresh and hot. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.  And trying the Bacon Double Stack Burger. Its the best Burger I've ate at a fast food restaurant.  Ive read some very bad reviews but so far our service and food has been great.
