Wendy's

Usually no issues with service, staff is nice. But I've been picking up orders here a lot and the place smells like a bathroom. 🤢 I won't be eating here anymore as I'm going to inform my boyfriend about this, since He sometimes grabs Himself or the both of us food from here after the gym.

Never go to this Wendy's in the morning. First bad experience you have a manager who doesn't want to greet you, touching his nose, his face, then wants to bag people's food with his dirty disgusting hands telling the one worker he'll do it get away. Second attempt today I go there for breakfast & the same manager yet again doesn't want to greet me but hey at least he didn't touch his face & put some gloves on taking out the trash. Whatever I can move on from a simple greeting gesture.... I go to the counter to get my food which was the seasoned potatoes. The lady who got my food didn't have gloves on & proceeded to get the food with no gloves touching the register & everything else that she can. I felt the seasoned potatoes & they were cold & hard. I'm not going to eat this food because

I ordered , a chicken sandwich and they sent me a bun with ketchup and nothing else! Worst experience ever this has never happened before anywhere else! I will never use this store again

Food was dry and didn’t taste right. Sweet & Sour might have helped but they got rid of that! The order taker had an attitude and couldn’t answer any of my questions (such as what is there signature sauce). They also changed the lettuce on the sandwiches which sucks. Went inside to get a juice box I forgot to order and had to wait over 5 minutes for it and would have been longer if I didn’t stop someone to grab it for me.

So if you close at 2 am and I place a mobile order at 140 am then why when I pull up to the window all they say is “closed closed closed”? I payed for my order 20 minutes ahead and got there at 150
