I was arriving at the drive-thru and ordered two Dave’s Doubles with meals, including an extra large fries. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and went to the second window, but they gave me only one meal and an extra fry. I told them I had ordered two meals, but they said that’s not what the order shows. I called and asked for the manager, who understood. Then a guy Jefferson or Edgar got on the phone. His tone sounded agitated, and he said he would ask me if I ordered one or two Dave’s Doubles. I replied that I ordered two meals, and he said he would ask me through the window but I "drove off" , “You didn’t ask me, and if you did, you could’ve just opened the window to check.” Instead, he gave me my change and said nothing after. I was at this location Saturday evening . A group of teens were making an order when I walked in so I asked to use the restroom. I came out and one cashier was talking the same group of 7-8 orders. A manager was making the order Another available register remained open . I finally placed my order after 10 minutes and an available register and staff. Another 5 minutes pass. I watched the same manager (perhaps) give out 2 big online pick up orders . My single burger and fries sat as she accommodates everyone one else , even prepping an order of a customer behind me. I was in front of this manager in plain sight , it wasn’t til I verbalized I’ve been waiting too long for an order she turned and picked up burger off ledge and a medium size fries and handed it to me, no eye contact, no apolog

Around 11 this morning I placed an order for pick up on the uber eats app. I went inside showed this Spanish old lady my order number on the uber app and she said they did not know about it and she just kept yelling to another co worker of hers how she doesn’t know how to check in the system and how there’s no manager around to help figure it out so she walked away. Another worker a young lady who was nice and trying to help was trying to figure out but it upset me how I would get charged twice which is why I decided to just walk out. I was extremely frustrated that no one knew how to check an online pick up order. I was charged close to 13 dollars for this order that I did not receive.

When i was ordering food for me and my manz i saw two people ik start throwing handz. dis place is so good i love it i go here everyday.

I went to this wendys tonight at 12:15 am the Dave's single was cold and cheese looked like it was sitting for a while so the cheese wasn't melted the burger was cold. I ordered a triple baconator just the sandwich and I received a triple sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles and lets not forget the NO BACON I didn't even ask for all that stuff I just wanted a normal triple bacon how do you mess up a sandwich that your well known for... not going back im only going back tomorrow to get my money back.
