Reviews are pretty much on point. You will never get your order right here and most importantly they will confuse you with their idiotic Biggie Bag Deals or whatever they're called. The food is average, if not subpar fast food. Make sure to check your order before you leave the cash register or otherwise you’ll find something is missing or incorrect. The best thing about this place is the inside itself. Really spaceous and bright, airy, with lots of light, 3D layout, with wooden or wooden like furniture.

All around the worst fast food store ive ever been too, customer service is horrible they are not trained properly or at all and apparently there is no general manager there at all times which is crazy to me, so if you have an issue good luck trying to get it resolved. My order came out completely wrong and served completely cold. Kevin and Ceasar are very sketchy and i would go as far as they mess with the food as my burger did not look right and nuggets and fries legit freezing cold. I would stay away from this location. But corporate seems to be helpful and super nice so if you do have an issue call the corporate number.

Food was good but the service was not. Ice/drink machjng was messed up and didn't have the drink I ordered, went to the counter to ask him to get my drinks from the to go machine. He stuck his fingers into my cups, told him that was gross and plews replace the cups. Ordered our food, specifically asking for no salt on fries. Order had salt on fries. It's like they ask for your order but then don't really listen. It's a fast food restaurant, guess we get what we pay for.

The customer service is horrible. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward and to the side and they would bring my food out. I did as I was advised to do, 15 minutes pass. I go inside to find the person that appeared to be in-charge on the phone having a personal phone call. She had no clue about the order I had placed. It is mind boggling to me how this location manages to stay in business.

It had become a consistent thing where they forget something from my order. It’s happened 4x now back to back that something from my order is missing or wrong. It wasn’t like this a few months ago. I’m not sure what has been going on there but something has to give at this point
