Wendy's

The customer service here is so bad. I went inside to order and never got anyone to wait on me. Had to go through the drive thru to get food. I could understand if the drive thru was wrapped but it wasn't. Do better Wendy's

Unfortunately it is few and far between to get a correct order or fresh food here. They really are ruining Wendy's reputation. Photos are unfortunately from different visits. Having worked there many years ago, the meat as shown in the pics is and should be made chili meat and not served as a burger. And that is saying maybe too much, not even sure if the Wendy's I worked at would call this chili meat, should likely go directly into a waste bin.

Me and my boyfriend had ordered 4 jr bacon sandwiches and a wrap. Only got 1 jr bacon and 1 chicken sandwich. The wrap has no ranch or lettuce on it. Poor service and a bunch of young kids not paying attention

Asked for double stacks got doubles didn’t get my receipt and she wasn’t paying attention most sodas there are running out of flavor rather drive 5 more minutes to go to a Wendy’s that’ll actually listen

Drive thru girl was very rude from the beginning. The chicken wraps had only a few pieces of chicken and barely any ingredients, one had cold meat as if just taken out of the fridge. The hamburger was also undercooked. Will be thinking twice to go to this Wendy's again.
