Definitely did not enjoy going to this Wendy's location. It seemed like they were very slow. There were people waiting in line at the register and the employees were just looking over and looking away and not assisting anybody. They were acting like the drive-thru was packed when there was only two cars in the Drive-Thru. And yes, I actually went outside to see why they were so slow to see if there was a big line in the Drive-Thru and there wasn't. I don't understand why they seem to have attitude because they have to do their job. Nobody is professional everybody's just walking around talking freely. Nobody has hair nets on or wearing gloves but are handling food. It's just disgusting at that location and I won't ever go back there again. The employees make it bad. They need to get new ma
I went to the drive-through to order some food. The food quality was bad. I went in to have it fixed. The lady at the registry didn't give me a chance to let her know what happened. The first thing she said to me was, "Don't give me any attitude. I didn't make ur food." So rude, they need to put people that are kind and friendly at the register. Thank you to the manager for fixing my food. When I used to work there, if a customer came in unhappy with their foods. The first thing we do is apologize to them not being rude.
For a place that I personally feel is short staffed they keep the drive through amd dine in orders flowing. I think that the few people that are loyal to working here, deserve gratitude for thier efforts. The only reason I rated 3 stars on the atmosphere unfortunately didn't have much to do with Wendy's or the staff in general. Rather because I was dining in with my fiance and two kids. When a younger group of folks probably 18-21 got into a verbal exchange of threats. I grew up in Haverhill so its not very surprising. Just sucked I had to brake up the commotion by standing up and tell them to grow up and I have kids here trying to eat. I dont blame the Wendy's staff for minding thier business. I really don't. Ordered door dash through the Wendy’s app. They gave us medium frosties when I ordered large, they didn’t give us the second 10 count nuggets that we ordered either. I tried calling the number on the receipt and the person answering was EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. Called door dash & will be getting a refund but a refund doesn’t feed my kids does it? I had abdominal surgery and my abdomen is swollen and painful, so I was trying to have an easy night. Guess I’m putting a call into corporate next.
