Wendy's

Even a hungry orc would keep walking Wendy’s felt like stepping into a cursed tavern. The interior? A disaster – grimy, gloomy, completely uninspired. Nothing like other chains that at least pretend to welcome guests. See photos… if you dare. To top it off, the order was taken incorrectly. The burger we got wasn’t what we asked for – it was what we deserved: sad, wrong, and utterly soulless. One star. This tale ends here.

After a terrible experience at another Wendy’s location, off of I-75 I drove about two miles down to this Wendy’s in Bonita Tamiami trail — and the difference was unbelievable. This team truly understands customer service. Manager Isabella greeted me with kindness and professionalism the moment I arrived. And Jose, the cashier, deserves a raise. He is always respectful, friendly, and welcoming every time I come through. I’ve been coming to this location for over six years, and they never disappoint. My Cobb Salad with spicy chicken is always made perfectly, my Big Bacon Classic is always just how I like it, and they never forget my Scorchin’ Hot sauce. Their consistency, friendliness, and attention to detail are exactly what great customer service should be. Thank you, Isabella and Jose

I went through drive-thru and got a couple burgers and I don't generally say yes but they offered me five cookies for $5.99 so I said yes. I have never ordered cookies from Wendy's but that woman was wonderful. She was awesome to talk to and very pleasant. She gave me very fresh, tasty cookies. I have never bought cookies from Wendy's, never mind in the drive-thru, but honestly they were really good, kind of warm, and I will buy them again. To that awesome woman in the Drive-Thru who asked me if I wanted cookies, she is fantastic! I don't know just make but she asked me to wait a sec and then she bright then she brought warm, fresh cookies you my car. I didn't want cookies, I wanted some double cheeseburgers, but she convinced me I wanted cookies too. So I bought cookies and burgers and

Food was hot and tasted great only issue was I asked for chicken nuggets along with my burger. The nuggets were great..til I ate the last one, I can not have spicy or hot food..this was 1 of the plain nuggets that was spicy ..it hurt my throat and my inflamed tongue ( I'm in middle of treatments) so that was not happiness for me..the fries the burger ( with onion I requested left off ) was delicious..the drink was a coke" it would had been better if there was ice in my drink but in general. Very good. Hot..and fresh tasting.. I did have time to go online and order but I definitely recommend you get a Wendy's account..I've used mine many times for discounts..free food and points earned toward future orders. I say 5 star though I do wish I hadn't had the spicy ( and by the way if you like

Now I normally don't go into any place that's has less than a 4.5 but I love Wendy's and the only place that has spicy chicken nuggets so I'm going to give this place to try and see what it's all about I've heard and read some of the reviews but sometimes you just got to try for yourself and see what it's all about🤔🤔 . So this is the verdict everything came out good fresh definitely recommend oh and they have the best orange cream soda.
