if i could give it no stars i would i asked for a caesar salad instead of grilled chicken i wanted spicy they charged me separately for a spicy chicken patty not only that the sweat tea was sour and it was only 11 in the morning… but to top all of this off my croutons were very expired…

We ordered burgers and fries as usual and not only did they take forever but it was just threw together and dry fries... idk if I'll ever go back there. 18 dollars and some change for 2 burgers no drinks and dry fries.

Slow seevice . They all act like they in training . Poor communication . I waited 5 minutes to place order because lady taking order had to cone from outside. Workers just linger around the door.

There was not 1 customer there when we pulled up to the drive thru. The lady taking the order and at the window were rude.. I've also never seen a croissant look like that! Had us pull up to wait for 15 minutes on 2 croissants, a biscuit and French toast sticks.

Updated 17NOV23: Picked up breakfast for five. Staff taking order was nice and easy to understand. We had wait ahead for bit which is OK, but when we hit the road four of the five orders were missing various things such as eggs, cheese etc and we didn't even get a receipt to reference . Three of us got a biscuits with two strips of bacon with nothing else. Very very disappointed crew. There was not a line of cars, it was pretty slow and it was around 9-9:30 am. Additionally, signs on doors said lobby was open, but everything was locked up. I would have preferred to order inside, which would have given me an easier opportunity to check my order and resolve it politely.
