Wendy's

About 4pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025 we went to Wendy's drive-thru. There were only 4 cars in front of us. We sat in that line for 25 minutes. FINALLY- got our food and my husband went to drive away. I suggested that we double check and make sure that we got everything we ordered. We did not - but cool, whatever. I went in and asked for the dipping sauce we had included with our order. The girl that I asked told me they were out of that kind. Okay? We can't offer another flavor? Ya'll are just cool with sending someone away with chicken nuggets and no sauce? I grabbed another one dipping sauce. Finally, I got back to the truck (by this point I'm starving- mind you I've been trying to eat for 30 minutes now) and open my salad and there is beautiful, blue, obvious MOLDED cheese on the

Could not accurately put in our order. After 20 minutes of trying to order 2 nugget meals and a baked potato, we had to leave. The cashier continually expressed she just doesn’t understand how to process the order. Manger was not helpful or polite. The location clearly needs more training and better management. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced.

So I don't know If it is the management here or what. I don't usually eat fast food and if I do it's just a baked potato from Wendy's. But every time I come through town and pick something up, the staff is so rude. Like I'm inconveniencing them. And I mean unapologetically rude. I asked what size a drink was and the They said " i don't know" all annoyed like... Now granted she seemed a little frazzled and she didn't really seem to know much about her job so maybe she was new and did not have a grasp on the details yet, and that's fine. But the drive-thru lane is insanely slow and no one in the restaurant seems to have any hustle, like at all, ever. Maybe there's things that I am consistently not seeing, maybe I should just go to food Lion or Piggly wiggly and get something ready to eat nex

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich last night and received a plain sandwich with no tomato and barely any lettuce on it. I took it back and asked for more lettuce and a tomato. The white guy preparing the sandwich told me "we ain't got no tomatoes". I asked if I could get something else and he told me "you gonna have to pay for it" so I asked for a refund. I stood and waited, finally the manager comes from outside and tells me I can get something else off the menu. I pointed at the cook and told the manager what he said and the manager shook his head. That cook needs to be fired, he served me a half made sandwich and a nasty attitude. It's not my fault you work at Wendy's dude.

We ordered food from door dash for a staff meeting. They didn't put one biscuit in the bag. (sausage egg and cheese on a muffin) or my (sausage and swiss cheese crossint). I called and right away they made it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about after spending 50 $ I had to leave work and go pick up our “corrected” items. They sent a sausage and cheese muffin with no eggs. I opened my sausage and swiss cheese crossint and they had some weird looking (maybe butter) rubbed all over the crossint. I am highly sensitive to butter and it was all over. I had to throw it away. The staff was rude and I will not from here on out be returning to Wendys. The staff there used to be amazing and polite and these people couldn't even fix my food after a second time. You tell me if you would ea
