I've never met a more friendly crew. They greeted us we entered, wished us safe travels as we left. I loved that they gave us realistic expectations "We’re cooking that classic fresh for you. It'll be a few minutes but worth the wait!" EVERYTHING was done with a smile. Bathroom was immaculate. Our orders were perfect. It was a joy to visit.

Rude and incompetent service. Manager didn’t have a clue about what was going on. No ketchup. No lettuce. No paper towels in restroom. Tables were askew, dirty and disorderly. The floor literally stuck to my shoes ands made a snapping noise when I walked. It hasn’t been mopped in a long time. On the way in an employee was smoking by the door and blowing smoke on my family. This sounds like an SNL skit but it is true! The drink machine hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Mold?! I could go on. The part that was my fault was that I dared to eat my order. Cold fries. Praying I don’t get a stomach problem. Avoid this place. Wendy’s HQ - investigate this store and either close it or get some fresh leadership. Worst experience we’ve ever had at any restaurant. Pulled up to the drive through at 1:30 pm on a Sunday. Waited in the line for 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order. Once we arrived to the speaker to order, no one would speak to us. We noticed every car ahead of us was being asked to pull to the side of up ahead. The wait and service was absolutely ridiculous. We pulled out of line and went to Burger King and was through the drive through in less than 5 minutes.

I just experienced the cleanest restroom on my travels across the country. The food was hot and delicious. The people working here were so friendly. Too bad about the drive thru wait.

I get it's fast food... but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Gross! Women's restroom was so disgusting we had to pep talk one another to just get in and get out. Dining room was better. Not great but better. We took our food to go and that was a mistake. One of the kids complained the honey mustard was weird. I had honey mustard also but it wasn't the dip, it was the food. I can't put my finger on it but the fried foods were just "off". Maybe the oil needed to be changed but I'm not sure. The fries and nuggets were inedible. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheese biggie bag and the sandwich was bad. Since I order my sandwiches customized, one would think everything would be fresh but the bread was hardening, the sandwich was made wrong, and I stopped 1/2 way through it. The Freestyle soda m
