Just went in to get take out for lunch. The employees were wonderful and professional. Got everything just right. I also want to apologize for the jerk who jumped on y'all over a " hard bun." His behavior was uncalled for. Y'all are doing a great job.
Workers that operate the drive thru are very kind, but the food is ridiculous. Not a picky person, but this is not what a $9 salad should look like. I would rather you just tell me you don’t have it than serve one from 3 days ago.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Wife found a hair in her fries. First bite I took from my burger, I had to pull a very long hair out of my mouth. Told the manager. She said, "OK". Not sorry. No recompense. Just ok
Out of every sugar free low calorie drink. Not diabetic friendly. There is no way they are out of every single one. Could get no help about it either. The sizes have greatly decreased since a month ago and the prices have increased.
Overcharged by $4, manager acknowledged, but only refunded me $1.42 in cash. Place was too busy and chaotic to drive back through and complain. 2nd time I was overcharged at this location. Apparently, 2 buttons are close together and similar on their computer system when ringing up orders. Won’t be back
