Ordered two 4 piece tenders And a large fries for $20 something bucks. Was told to pull forward and wait past drive thru for 5 mins. Paid $20 bucks, waited 5 mins, but only received 1 4pc tender and fries. Robbed me!
If you want consistently terrible service and to wait in a drive thru for the amount of time you'd be sitting at an actual restaurant just to get old food, this Wendy's is for you! It's no wonder the most recent response to a review I see from them is 6 years ago. Clearly they've given up 😅.
Place has the worst employees ever, food slow, food is over salted, this location needs a whole new set of staff. Asked to wait in a parking spot and watched car after car get their food. Asked if they forgot me, she said your food is not ready. Watched her pick my burger off the counter and put it in the bag. Drive thru person is not personable and cannot run a window. I will never go there again!
The employees on shift at Southampton road location February 25 2:30 pm are super nice and helpful! Made great food!
Out of coke. Always cold frys. Never has baked potatoes. Broken English at best spoken by all makes it hard to communicate. Should close the store at this point.
