Well-Being Sushi

Did take out of Hwe Dup Bap and sushie box for dinner. It was a lot of food. And the size of the sashimi on the rice was hugeeee. You get to enjoy the amazing fish flavor. Sashimi on the hwe dup bap are big chunks which is a plus. Only down side is that they use iceberg lettuce instead of Korean style lettuce. Both for 36dollars? The pricing is good too. First time being there and will be my go to from now on.

I ordered super spider roll, Ebi Dragon roll, dancing shrimp roll, and others. The spider roll had fried crap (soft shell crab) and that fried crab meat was little and mostly just flour and the once with shrimp tempura barely had any shrimp in the fried shrimp. It was mostly flour and big hard fried flour as well. LITTLE SHRIMP IN THERE. Also, If you don’t want your sushi to fall apart when trying to eat it, don’t order from the WELL BEING SPECIAL ROLL section. I didn’t know that section of the menu was BIG sushi that’s not even appealing to eat in my opinion. Too much rice wrap around this sushi. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Won’t recommend either.

Ive said it one hundred times, Ill say it again. Best sushi in Bergen County. If you order a tray of 5+ rolls anywhere else its at least $80-$100. Our tray tonight had 1 godzilla roll, 1 dragon roll, 1 Mexican roll, 1 spicy California roll, an asparagus roll, 2 miso soup, and a steamed veggie gyoza. It came with 2 side salads and half of a fried California roll on the house. It came to less than $60 (about $56) The quality is amazing, the taste is amazing, well worth the 20+ minute drive it takes us to get there

Love love love this spot. Been to many other sushi places in Bergen County and I keep comparing them to this. it reminds the most of East (which closed during Covid). This is one of my fav places to order sushi platters. I dont even care that its to go only - it's still my go to place when I need sushi. Always on point...always fresh AND their rolls are big. I hope they never go out of business because I just may cry!

I ordered three basic rolls and they exceeded my expectation. Each roll was a good size and the fish inside was pretty big. I have been getting their party tray for a while and stopped ordering because their quality gotten down (last year), but I think I can resume ordering from them again.
