WEI SUSHI

First time eating here. The fish was fresh, the sushi pieces are huge. The miso soup was excellent. We ate in. When the soup and salad were brought to the table in to go boxes, I was a little worried. But the sushi was served on plates and was beautiful as the photos show. What a gem of a place.

Just discovered this rare gem in an area lacking pleasant dining options. WOW. Very impressed. The reviews were spot on. We ordered take away. Remarkable freshness and great preparation. I encourage everyone to experience the sushi and sashimi. Very lucky to have this level of quality in an area that is often difficult to find sources of fresh quality seafood. Can't say enough about the freshness. And I have lived and dined around the US and internationally. Kudos to the proprietors. Please support this great little place. You won't be disappointed.

Yummy!!!! This place is amazing! Such a great find in the small village of Canajoharie. Such a pleasant surprise! We tried quite a few things on the menu. Everything was fresh , delicious and excellent quality! It was so good that even the leftovers were amazing the next day! We are looking forward to dining again really soon!!!! Thank you!!!!

My new favorite sushi place! This is our favorite spot to bring friends when they visit to show off our town 😁 everything is delicious and fresh and the service is always friendly. A must try!

The chef/owner takes pride in his food and it shows! Delicious, reliable, and speedy service. Would definitely recommend!
