Waxahachie Bread Lady

One of Waxahachie's hidden gems! I have been coming to Waxahachie Bread Lady for a while to get their honey oat sourdough sandwhich bread (which is SO good). I love the variety of flavors they offer along with their peaceful atmosphere. Everyone who works there has been so friendly to my toddler and me, and my toddler loves the little children's area! I have tried sourdough from multiple places in town and although this location is the farthest from me, I will go out of my way to get there because their sourdough is the BEST in Waxahachie. I hope their business thrives!

The BEST SOURDOUGH IVE EVER HAD!!!! This bakery is a total gem. The sourdough is everything you'd want…crispy crust, chewy center, and that perfect tang. They’ve nailed it, every time with all the different flavors. And the CINNAMON ROLLS are a taste of HEAVEN!!! Outrageously Good!!! Soft, gooey, just sweet enough, and absolutely addictive. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The bakery is so inviting, smells like comfort, the staff are so friendly, and everything feels crafted with care. Whether you're grabbing a loaf or treating yourself to something sweet, this place delivers big flavor and is just good for the soul!

Hands down some of the best baked goods I’ve had. The cinnamon rolls are amazing and the different sourdough loafs are delicious. I love the delivery option to have them dropped off at my doorstep!

The Bread Lady is phenomenal! Not only does she make some of the best bread and cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten, she goes above and beyond with her service! I stopped by today not realizing she wasn’t open to the public on Tuesdays (only baking to go orders) and she still opened her door to me and sold me some bread due to a special occasion I have going on tomorrow. You just don’t find that kind of customer service very often! If I could give her ten stars I would! Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help me!

LOCAL GEM!! I can't say enough great things about this place. Every item we have tried here has been fantastic! My personal favorite is the jalapeño cheddar sour dough. Every Thursday morning my wife and I go here to pick up our bread and we split one their GIGANTIC cinnamon rolls. I love the cream cheese topped ones and my wife loves the classic icing on top. (Which means we usually get classic icing 😉) They have several other options to choose from but I guarantee none will disappoint, and don't even get me started on how good the cookies are. Stop whatever you're doing and make a B-line for this place.
