Wawa

Horrible food etc.. So disappointing after waiting all this time to get a Wawa. Guess I'll still be driving to blakslee to get my Wawa fd again. This isn't from one experience either. Over months maybe 6 plus orders. Hoagies bad, especially the bread/rolls which I have never in my life gotten a bad roll before. This order in particular, My meatball hoagie had no sauce on it and this is the 3rd time for that specifically. Received 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches instead of a croissant sandwich and a french toast sandwich. Noone in my family eats bagels. And just to add insult to injury they gave me a fork for my soup. Lol. Never again wb Wawa. NEVER AGAIN!

Stopped by on opening night and was blown away with how many people were lined up for food. Curiosity got the better of me, despite being disappointed by my local Sheetz’ food time and time again. Everything I got (Pizza, Chicken Sammy)-was cooked to perfection, and came out fast despite the line. Whatever ovens they are using are magical! Well done Wawa, I am picking up what you are putting down.

I don’t understand what the owners of this place and the designer were thinking when they decided to install such low dividers between the urinals. It’s extremely uncomfortable to end up almost face to face with another person while using the restroom. Privacy should be a priority in any public space, and this kind of design simply doesn’t respect that. It’s an uncomfortable situation for anyone, and something that could easily be fixed with taller or better-positioned dividers. Hopefully, the management takes note and improves this detail, because the customer experience also depends on these basic aspects of respect and comfort.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Wawa. I ordered a Chai tea and waited over 25 minutes, only to be handed a hot chocolate instead. The lack of attention and focus from the staff who seemed more interested in chatting than working made the situation even more frustrating. Accuracy and efficiency should be a priority, but this visit showed neither.

Went a few days after the grand opening. I am grateful to have this wawa built in Wilkes-Barre. A lot of the comments I am reading are about the high volume of people and the gas station not being prepared to keep up with demands, but that's not true. People have to give it time as this wawa is clean, well organized, and even has a lot of grocery necessities people need. The food you ordered from the kiosk is good as I had the hot chicken bowl shown in the picture, and it tasted delicious. Everything on the menu seems delicious as well, and its open 24/7. A couple items are unavailable to order but it's because of the grand opening and high demand. Everyone give this gas station time 🙏
