I accidentally ordered to the wrong location, but the manager, James, was incredibly helpful. He honored the order here and saved me a 20-minute drive to Reisterstown. Really grateful for the top-notch customer service

I made my first online order and somebody screwed it up. The ticket that’s taped on the outside of the bag has everything listed with what should be in bag. The bag was taped up and there should’ve been three sandwiches not two and even though you guys are taking care of it correcting somebody’s error, I give you two stars, because it’s my first time ordering online and you screwed up. Kind of makes me wonder if I should ever order again that way. Maybe not. We live 10 miles away and now my honey’s on his way now to get the sandwich that was not in the bag.

ordering food takes forever. parking is horrible and the fuel pumps leak. THERES NO WHERE TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD TO BE READY FOR 15-20 MINS if you approach the counter to see what’s actually taking so long you get ignored or bluntly dismissed by the overwhelmed staff that cant keep up.

Their soup has been the only thing I have wanted to eat, after I had major surgery. Creamy Tomato Bisque soup, MmmmM. That and a pint of milk, and I feel my body getting back to normal every time. I called once to see if they were serving my new favorite soup, (chicken noodle is BANGING too btw) and she said, " No but I can start it for you and have it ready for you soon." That lady, was very busy, didn't know I was trying to heal, but still willing to go out of her way for me. It meant so much in that moment. I was still trying to get the yuky hospital taste out of my nose and mouth. Tomato bisque and cold cold milk. Thank you so much #wawa in Westminster.

I work long hours and get off late and this is my usual stop for dinner after work. It's nice to be able to get something hot to eat that isn't McDonald's after midnight. The staff is also always very friendly an accommodating.
