Wawa

Food is excellent for what they provide. Tasty. Crisp. Fresh. What's more impressive though is the service. They're pretty quick and they call out the order and what's in it. They're also very customer focused. A special shout out to Chad for making my and my son's day today. We arrived at 1058 and the breakfast foods weren't put anymore in the to go area. My son LOVES wawa hashbrowns and had his heart set on one. Feeling like a bad parent, I asked Chad if there was any way they had anymore. He kindly said there were none already made but he would fry some up if we were willing to wait. 10 minutes later voila. Hash browns. He felt bad we had to wait and didn't charge us for them. It was completely my fault that I wasn't paying attention to the time but Chad came through for me and then we

I'm from PA and a big fan of Wawa but after waiting for 40 minutes for my made-to-go order and then being told the meatballs are still frozen is unacceptable.. So then another 10 minutes of waiting for something else.. Do better Wawa.

The only problem is my sandwich was made wierd it wasn’t on the sandwich but on the side not sure why but the chili is fantastic

Wawa is new to us here in Indiana, and while not perfect overall it puts other gas station/food places to shame. I love being able to activate my gas pump from the app. The discounts are amazing and prices are reasonable. I frequently order my lunch there when on the road. There have been a few blips (missing chips, etc.,) but customer service has taken care of it for me with free gift cards. I am sure it's an adjustment period for the many employees dealing with major crowds due to the proximity of Grand Park. Give this place a chance as well as some grace as they settle in to the Hoosier State. Best thing to do is get the app and order from there if you'd like food/carry-out. Then just walk in and pick it up.

Excellent option for fuel or a quick stop for lunch. They have an order ahead feature on their app.
