Try to give them another chance with ordering ahead for a pickup.At nine o'clock, I brought my food out twenty minutes late and missing several items. Came back to update my review.Do not schedule an order for pickup.If you are on your way to work i scheduled my pick up forty five minutes prior to the pickup time, and it was still ten minutes late, they were ten minutes late. Today I tried the Emerald Matcha and applewood bacon egg white hoagie; both were delicious. I was surprised by the Emerald Matcha drink; it had passion fruit in it, but it was really good. It's always clean, and the staff is nice. The sweet pretzels and honey Cheetos are good.

I have been a loyal customer at this Wawa since it opened. I have overlooked the fact that the music in the bathrooms are at concert level, the bathroom is never clean, they seem to have the highest fuel prices, but they are close to my house and I can pay with the app, well they lost a client today. I have a very small cooler (to small for a bag of ice) so a while ago I ask how much to fill it at the drink station they said “don’t worry about it” I asked again on other occasions with the same response so I quit asking cause they never seemed to mind until today. The young woman approached me after I got the ice and other drinks and in no uncertain terms said “we sell ice I’m charging you for what she thought was an appropriate amount for frozen water” I would have been fine with her charg

I feel sad that I am leaving a bad review I go here all the time it's been hit or miss with food orders and lately more miss. Food is missing major items that make up the whole entire meal like several times my meal had been missing so many ingredients just none of the toppings on the sandwiches I ordered. the other day I ordered a bean burrito and it didn't have any beans it was just rice with a couple of jalapenos just can't believe it. On another note staff seems friendly for the most part at least ...just a bummer to leave a bad review but it's been like several orders gone wrong these past two weeks looks like whoever made the meal doesn't care at all. Outstanding Customer service from all of the staff. The entire building is clean and well maintained. Every time I’ve been there the staff has greeted each customer with a smile and did not hesitate to lend help where needed. My food is always made quickly, hot, fresh and prepared nicely. Not just thrown together like other places. There are a few other Wawa’s within a 50 mile radius and this one beats them all across the board. 10/10 experience every time!!

Advertising $5.00 breakfast deals. You pick your sandwich and hashbrowns from the food warmer at the cash register only problem is there's Never any of the on sale deal products in the warmer. Tried twice on two different occasions and not one deal item available. I feel like it's a bait and switch tactic just to get you in the store. Very disappointing indeed.
