Just left the store. Middle of the day, and they have no registers open? There was an employee or manager behind the counter, and when asked, pointed to self-serve and couldn't be bothered. So me and 5 or 6 others left and ended up seeing them at the gate down the street. This place is not ready for "prime time" and needs training in how to run a store and customer service.

First time I came in everything was fine, but second time I came in they filled my 16oz parfait 12oz. I get it it's late and people may be tired, but I'm tired too and just got off a long shift and should expect to get what I pay for especially at the $6 price range, I mean what's stopping me from hitting up whatta burger for a milk shake when I know they going to get me what I payed for. Again 4oz ain't a lot but when it's $6 id like to get what I pay for thank you. Was already iffy about Wawa but this sealed the deal for me.
