This place is infamous for making mistakes with mobile orders, so I strongly advise against ordering here. I ordered five different breakfast sandwiches, and all of them were sausage croissants. None of the selected options for those sandwiches included a sausage and egg croissant. I also ordered five drinks, and every single one of them was made wrong, missing crucial ingredients. This place needs to seriously address its consistency. If you’re not there to supervise the preparation, they’ll inevitably mess up the order. They’ll mess up the order wrong without a doubt. This is a managerial problem. It seems like the staff is more focused on clearing tickets than on the quality of their food. They’re overworked and understaffed

On several occasions the staff has not gotten the order correct. I called the store and the staff hung up on me. I called back to speak with manager and her reply after my complaint was “order from another store” The Elizabeth Nj store 8020 has a serious issue they tried to blame the driver but I know they pack their own Uber orders. Just sad how people are but the lack of respect and accountability is evident at this store.

Honestly the worst service ever! Always treated with attitude and when i nicely asked from them to refill the ice coffee, the worker came with an attitude telling us “I don't have time for this attitude” when i nicely asked her ti refill the coffee. Mind you every time I go to this location and I nicely asked them to refill it the tell me they don't have the one i want! Their service is terrible! Totally recommend avoiding going to this location!

Had the veggie pizza it was good . And I’m surprise they got our order right cause they usually don’t get everything right .

Can't even have the normal Taylor Ham and cheese without egg. So they have a store manager, a regional manager? Illegal parking everywhere. No consistency and never have pork roll and cheese sandwiches ready in the morning. Can't count on anything being right or safe here. Doors locked out back , no signage. People talk to me in Spanish. That's disrespectful. Bagels are impossible to eat. Never any consistency. Never have just pork roll and cheese sandwiches anymore. Everything has egg on it. Food is way overcooked. Mayhem ensues in the parking lot. Unsafe. Park wherever, drive like a maniac.
