Whatever manager was working/making food at 3:35pm on 1/11/26 needs to be retrained on both customer service and making food. I ordered a steak an cheese and i asked her to drain the steak with the spoon best as possible. I do this all the time and don’t have a problem. I don’t like eating a sub roll that looks like its been submerged in water… she clearly didn’t tap the spoon to drain good enough or 1/2 ass it. I go back inside tell an employee and the manager lady says “it is well drained” i show her the roll and it’s completely drenched… she then says yea i drained it. Ume ok lady.. then im standing there with silence for 20 secs… i said give me a refund… i mean clearly u dont know how to make a sub and no other option… she didnt even offer to make it over again. This location sucks. Tall light skinned girl making the food is rude. Don’t get mad at me because yall made my order wrong. The salads are 90% lettuce. On another occasion they didn’t bring my curbside order out. It was just sitting on the counter. Either the order is wrong or something is missing from the order. I won’t be back. 10/20: I said I wasn’t coming back but unfortunately I did. Ordered a 24oz iced matcha curbside. They didn’t fill it to the top so I sent it back & asked for more cream. When he came back, I noticed it was just more ice put in it. I will only come back to get gas.

I order food here at Wawa pas two weeks and 7 out of 10 times my food isn’t right. What a joke Wawa food service is. Edgewater Maryland is a joke, When I called the manager hung up on me and then refused to re-answer the phone.

wawa is totally epic. i ordered 18 gallons of iced tea and the staff was really he;lpfull by getting the iced tea from th back of the store. they have a wide varity of food and the bathrooms are very clean and the staff is very helpfull. while i was there i slipped and hit my head, breaking my toe but the staff help me out by putting a caution wet floor sign. highly reccomend to anyone looking for a quick place to still get a quality meal.
