Wawa

This Wawa is the closest one to me so it’s the one I come to. Unfortunately this is the 4th time in a row that I’ve had these issues. 1. Both stalls in women’s room were disgusting. Both toilets clogged, all trash cans overflowing and no soap. 2. The food (which is usually at least somewhat good) wasn’t even mediocre this time. My sandwich had to be rebuilt by me when I got in my vehicle as they had just slopped it together and piled everything in the middle. My Mac n cheese was cold by the time I got it due to reason three. 3. No one in line ahead of me and my food was ready very quickly, however it was held hostage by the cafe workers who set my food aside to where I couldn’t reach it so I assumed they were getting something missing for it. I stood there for 7 minutes waiting and staring

Filthy inside and outside. No regular coffee ready when I was there. Asked the lady to start a new one. She refused, said I had to wait for her to make the next customer’s latte. I still got gas, but I got a refund for the coffee. “Manager” That issued the refund was like, “I’m sorry.” I don’t want apologies. I wanted coffee. After that refund, he didn’t walk back and start making coffee, either. SMH

Stopped in for a sub for lunch. It wasn't too busy, my sandwich was ready in about 5 minutes. It was good, I like that you can make all the choices of what you want on it. The roll was a little doughy white bread like. This convenience store has a large selection of food, drinks and snacks, prices in line with most.

Sean was a real big help today ....... I needed some help and he helped me he understood the situation I'm in and really felt bad for me he kept it respectful I think he definitely needs a better position than what he has because he saw a customer that was in distress and helped me ......m and not allot of people want to help me with my past following me like a shadow thank you Sean for everything you made me see that there are still people out there who genuinely want to help thank you wawa for hiring a great employee I will make it a point if I'm in the area to come and by something from your store thank you for being human thank you

I love every single Wawa! Always as clean and efficient as they can be. Sure, sometimes a bathroom stall may be out of order, maybe sometimes a coffee pot is out and they have to make more. They are one of the friendliest and cleanest gas station chains I've been too. The food is always GREAT!! We need more in NC- get rid of Sheetz!!
