Waterford Department of Public Works

Today I called Waterford Township water department for assistance. I had a gentleman show up within 10 minutes from the time of my call and he was great. Dave , thank you for being so kind and helpful.

Had a terrible experience with DPW Waterford. Chris was beyond rude and acted like he was doing us a favor just by showing up. He made the homeowner feel uncomfortable the entire time. He clearly didn’t know how to handle his tools properly—marred up the brass fittings and left water all over the floor without even trying to clean it up. Completely unprofessional and entitled

My water been brown for days , but they say nothing is wrong with the water can not take baths have to wait to the water is clear again been going on for years , apartment complex can not help just sad . Everyone saying it’s whale water not true .

You can’t mail in your payment… it doesn’t go to the water department but somewhere else. So no auto-pay from your bank. You can’t pay online without a whopping service fee, and every time you go to pay in person you get major attitude for paying in person. Do they even want our money? Because it doesn’t seem like it.

Never received a previous bill and now I'm being charged late fees. An almost $400 water bill?! And I've never been late on a payment.
