What an amazing restaurant!! Amazing food, great service, and what a beautiful atmosphere. Our waiter Miguel was an amazing guy. He was very attentive to my wife and I. Food was really amazing and super fresh. The desert was even more delicious. Thank you for the great memories. Definitely recommend going here.

I’ve had some wonderful meals here but my favorite is coming down for their $1 oysters and a couple of cocktails. Tonight I hade the duck breast medium rare, it was wonderful and not overly heavy. For a party of 7 we spent about ~$530 for apps, meals, drinks, and dessert. This is the nicest restaurant to have as it down meal near basking ridge town center. The tented area stays a little chilly in winter which is perfect since I run hot. The floors are also heated! I will be back for the Hugo spritz.

Really nice place, we were surprised by the tent area in the back, but it was pretty warm and comfortable, and had a really ambiance. The service was great and everyone was very attentive. They had a deal for 1 dollar oysters when we were there, and the rest of the food was pretty good too. Overall a cute place and I'm glad we gave it a try!

Nestled in suburbia NJ, Washington House delivers a nice selection of American dishes like roasted chicken (yummy!) and delicious seasonal fare like Frikadellar. You may be fortunate to be served by the reserved yet devilishly charming and creative bar tender...who will custom make drinks like the "JT", a combo of St. Germain, pomegranate juice, ginger ale and muddled mint. Makes for a lovely meeting place for friends and families alike. Highly recommended. Ask for Thomas for sure!

What a great place to eat. Awesome atmosphere. Food was amazing, from appetizers to dessert. We will def go back, highly recommended. Executive chef Mr. Rodriguez was professional and welcoming! Great job👍
