Washington Crossing Inn

It’s a lovely old inn and tavern from the 1800’s. The food is exceptional and the dining room is nice. The bar area is worth hanging around. I recommend the happy hour in the outside gardens bar.

This place is such a vibe. We biked here about four hours down the towpath from way up north, with a quick stop in New Hope, and were absolutely starving when we arrived. The food did not disappoint. We had the crab-stuffed shrimp special, the steak with baked potato, sour cream, and asparagus, and the mahi-mahi with spinach and rice pilaf. Everything was excellent. For drinks, I had the lavender cocktail (so good), and my friend had a beer along with a strawberry-looking drink he really liked. The staff were kind enough to charge our phones for the ride back, which was a lifesaver. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a fun atmosphere. Most of the crowd was older and on the wealthier side, but the vibe was still great.

Cool & cozy place. Very nice holiday decorations, too. If you are at all into the history, you'll have an added plus--the park is within walking distance. We had brunch. I would love to try the dinner menu. Cheers to General Washington!

The meal was absolutely outstanding. I tried the Mango salad with grilled shrimp, and it was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. Every bite was fresh and delicious, making it one of the best dishes I have had in a long time.

What a delightful experience! The Inn is lovely and the seating spaces are very nice. All of the food we had was incredible!! We ordered flatbread and vegetable tempura for apps - both delicious! Their bread was to die for, it was heated and very soft and yummy! Our meals were excellent! We ordered the Chicken Schnitzel, Prime Rib and Flounder with Crab Stuffing! All were amazing! Lastly, we shared 2 desserts - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter cake and the Coconut Mousse Cake. Both were absolutely divine! Overall a wonderful dining experience!!
