No real complaints the first 6 years I've lived at this address, occasional missed can but nothing I cared about. The last month on the other hand, I've had 4 issues. They've missed one of my two garbage cans twice. (I pay for 2 garbage cans, since I travel for work and I'm not home some garbage days). The dates they missed the one can were 12/24 and 1/7. I contacted Gena on 1/8, said they would be back on Friday 1/10 to get it. Guess what, they never showed on that Friday. Contacted Gena again and got no answer why my garbage wasn't picked up. Asked about a bill credit or anything, she ignored that. Fast forward to yesterday (1/22) and they missed me and my neighbors (all garbage cans). Contacted Gena - and it was like starting all over. Said they would be back this Friday. That's pre

When the truck driver wasn't able to place cans back onto the street where they're supposed to go for the third consecutive week, we called to report the issue. Unfortunately, the individual who is responsible for fielding those types of calls seems to be too busy doing nothing to do anything useful about our concerns.

Missing pick up garage from our street, and they always blame either new employees or broken truck. You might want to change your training manager to train your new people properly? Or maybe change your Fleet get little better? You make a mistake you should pay for it not residents leave their garbage cans 3 days on the street until you find somebody to do that. This is not the way we want to get treated. We are paying you money you're not doing us favor so you should do it next day at least. Hopefully it is reveals give you opportunity to improve your customer service, if you care about your customer at all.

It would be nice if they would pick up the trash when they are supposed to. I watched them drive right past my trash can on Tuesday & called them they said they would be out that afternoon. It’s now Thursday night & still no trash pickup. Poor customer service. Time to contest my trash payment with Layton city.

I put my trash out at 9 am. They came and left. I called and said I put my trash out late. She said they couldn’t come and get it and we will have to wait another week. I told her my trash was over the rim. She said sorry. Take it to the land full. She refused to send the truck around
