I live a mile away from this restaurant they advertise that they offer delivery I called them yesterday to place a order Im 8 minutes away I called around 5:30 they guy that answered the phone told me to call back at 6 because that’s when the delivery person arrives I called at 6 the same guy answered and asked where was the delivery to when I told him the address he said they couldn’t deliver to my address because the motor couldn’t go past 10 minutes! I don’t know where he got that information from but even DoorDash people deliver with the same motorcycle to further places they just lazy, the reason I had called them directly it’s because I don’t have a card at the moment to place a order with a third party all I was craving was the pineapple juice because it’s really good I of course wa

I just ordered from Wasakaka fried. The delivery was fast the food was warm but man they gave me very small portions. We just ordered longaniza, chicharron, fried chicken batata and tostones. I Understand a restaurant must make profit but I was charged$38 for a half piece of lechon like 8 tiny pieces of longaniza, 4 pieces of very cheap chicken, and super thick batata. I gave the kid a $12 tip because we are really great neighbors and supporters of local small businesses. I highly recommend when you go to jetro that you buy the premium best quality chicken Give really nice big cuts of chicharron and cut your batata way more thin. You should poke holes in your plates so that you don't cook the lime and make your tostones soggy it's better to be known for good quality tasty well organized food

The chicken is DRY and flavorless. The empanada barely have meat in them. Save your money. Cook at home

I don’t know what people are talking about ! The food service was amazing the food was fresh and did not feel out of place. Being a person of color I felt comfortable going in and trying Dominican delicacies. Y’all stop lying ! That might have been the previous owner but this place is under new management! Came all the way from melrose in the BX, this place is 100%
