Dawn or don! Whatever her name is the lady at the front desk. She’s TERRIBLE at answering her phone. My baby has been without his benefits twice now because she refuses to answer her phone or call back. If I could give a 0 I would. It sounds like yall meds to hire someone else for front desk. That actully does there job!

Very Poor Management! It took me 3 weeks of calling to schedule a Covid-19 Booster. They will not answer their phones, you go to voice mail, leave messages and NEVER get a call back! Went to my scheduled appointment today. After waiting for an hour and a half, they canceled my appointment and told me I have to come back next Tuesday!

If only I could give zero stars. No one ever answers the phone. It takes hours to be processed and seen even on days when the lobby is basically empty.

Nice people. Lots of changes since new management has taken over. The parking kinda sucks but it's not that bad. The staff is pretty easy to work with and knowledgeable on what they are doing. The little brown bags are downstairs and easy available to those that need them. Check out the board on the way out for plenty of business cards

They come out to your property, talk a bunch of good talk and don't do anything! Still working on a septic in my backyard that doesn't work 1.5years later! Been working with Kameron from the environmental health part of the health department please fix this. It's a brand new house, with your certifications on it!
