War Water Brewery

We ate here while in town visiting family. There was live music playing outside, people enjoying each other’s company, cute dogs all around and a beautiful view of the river across the street! We ordered 3 appetizers; the mozzarella sticks, the bang bang shrimp and the spinach artichoke dip. The mozzarella sticks were the largest ones I’ve ever seen, resulting in excellent cheese stretches on the kids behalf. The spinach artichoke dip was warm, rich and creamy and the bang bang shrimp were super crunchy with a sauce that was to die for! Service was great from the time we walked in to the time we left. We have been coming to War Water since they first opened with just a small food pickup window to go with our beers we ordered. It’s been amazing to watch how much they’ve grown over the years, along with their beer and food selection. A lot of places lose quality as they expand, but that definitely hasn’t happened here. The drinks are excellent and the food is always great,! It’s easily become one of our favorite spots in the area. Highly recommend

We took a Sunday drive out to Saint Clair, and this was the perfect lively, but laid-back spot for a drink and dinner by the water! Most breweries do not have food, but War Water definitely came through with a unique, tasty menu! We really enjoyed their beer selection, the views of the water, and the entertainment of the live music! Our server took great care of us and had a great sense of humor when we cracked jokes! The brussels were so yummy but avocado bombs are an absolute MUST. For dinner, I had the ahi poke bowl and it was outstanding!! I would absolutely order that again. They were accommodating with gluten-free options for my friend as well!

I visited on a Friday for dinner and was able to sit right away. I ordered the a hard seltzer and it was delicious! My sister got the smash sliders and I got the fish sandwich. The food was good and we loved the spooky vibes they set up for Halloween. The service was great even though we sat outside. I would definitely go back because there was a lot on the menu that looked really good. Would recommend!

Great food. Service with a smile, and plenty to choose from on the menu. The food comes out hot and fast, and the portions are large. You can sit inside, or sit outside on the patio looking at the St Clair river. Great place to enjoy a cozy atmosphere and nice meal: In the winter months they serve homemade chilly with awesome chunks of pork meat mixed with beef and beans plus corn bread.
