Walmart Supercenter

Outstanding electronics dept.!. Needed a cell phone due to mine damaged. I brought one home that suited my needs thank goodness. Highly recommend going here even if you have a carrier plan and need a phone asap they have a solution. Thank you to Millie for helping me. There were 5 people in the dept.that worked so well together and also helped each other. Great team atmosphere. Millie and another helpful young lady behind the counter. There were 3 men one with glasses white hair, one with long hair and Demetrius. This group restored my faith in great customer service all so cheerful and team oriented. These 5 deserve recognition by management.

There is always cars parked in the curbside pickup area,and people go in shopping. Taking parking spots away from the people that work as delivery drivers and / or pick up their orders. This can has been sitting there for more than 30 minutes. Come on Walmart Defuniak you can do better.

My shopping experience was excellent. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I appreciated how organized the aisles were—it made finding what I needed quick and simple. The staff was friendly and approachable, especially at checkout where the cashier greeted me warmly and moved efficiently while still making me feel valued as a customer. Prices were competitive, and I noticed the store had a good variety of items in stock. Overall, I left satisfied and look forward to shopping here again.

The most annoying Walmart to shop in. I usually just order pick up because every time I shop inside there are at least 5 workers on each isle, half of them just standing there or doing tasks that don’t require that many people. I’ve worked retail so I usually am very patient with store workers but this place is insane. Way too many workers not working and getting in the way of people just trying to shop. Also they expect you to move out of their way while trying to shop and they aren’t even polite about taking up an entire isle. It’s worth the drive to Crestview Walmart. Update: self check out machines do not work and will tell you your payment can’t be processed, but it’s actually their machines malfunctioning. It’ll force you to insert your card multiple times and then swipe. Happened t

Everything was pretty good. Most of the store was clean. The bathrooms needed attention but it's a big store. My husband and I got some deli food but when we went to the self checkout line Angel fondled our food without gloves and after scratching her head and face! That is disgusting!
