Walmart Grocery Pickup

I honestly waited negative -1.2 minutes because I'm on top of the game when it comes to 10 Star service, that's a fact, when a customer of mine on the work order is 5 minutes out I start gathering goods minutes before arrival if not slammed . I scope out the entrances eager to serve, to make somebody's day better than it was. After all When they say we are all one, we serve our God when we have charity, kindness, compassion and love for one another , unconditional love. Called to ask about my order that was supposed to be delivered on 19 this is 24 still have not gotten it. Called pick up and customer service answered. He sounded like he just woke up , was very unhappy to take call. He was rude when I telling him why I called. He said this is customer service not pick up and delivery. I said can you please get me some in that department. He was very upset I asked. I mentioned he was customer service. I said no one picked up. Was upset said because we don't have enough people. Asked me to hold and hung up

I honestly can’t believe I’m leaving a review for grocery pickup at Walmart BUT today’s pickup was PERFECT!!! Alberto respected my items by first placing the case of water in my truck, then placed the bags of groceries upright in my truck utilizing the bag handles. Then to top things off he placed the bag with the bread on the seat next to the rest of the bags making sure it wouldn’t get smashed. 👍🏽 Sometimes the little things matter in life!

Very good experience. 50/50 on letting me know if there were any substitutions on my order (though there is typically an email letting me know, that I ignore)

I GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BUT ONLY BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE ANYTHING LOWER. I WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO PICKUP MY GROCERIES ON SUNDAY. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY OWE MY GAS FOR MY CAR FOR WAITING SO LONG. THE CHECK IN KIOSKS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. THE PICK UP AREA IS A MESS. THEY SHOULD TERMINATE THE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY FOR ALLOWING SUCH A HORRENDUS OPERATION FOR CONTINUING. THEY SUBSITITUTED ITEMS WITHOUT MY APPROVAL TOO. PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT BY CONTACTING WALMART TO HAVE THIS PLACE CHANGE FROM SUCH A HORRIBLE OPERATION.
