If I could give them a negative star I would. I ordered my sons FIRST birthday cake and smash cake almost 3 weeks in advance and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it. They did not make it. Then I stood there waiting around forever for them to find the slip when obviously it didn't matter because they could not have made his cake in a half hour anyway. Then they offered to give us a deli cake for here's the kicker, HALF OFF. Obviously I appreciate them trying to make it somewhat right but I just want them to know they wrecked my day and took away a very special moment for my sons first birthday. I would NEVER recommend this deli to anyone or use their service ever again.
Very very slow service and always have to repeat my order over and over and somehow they still manage to get it wrong.
Ugh. I've found fresher meat on the bottom of my shoe... nasty.
Fresh bakery daily, cheap bread, & tasty treats.
