Your customer service is excellent at all locations I've been to! Your deli on the other hand needs some major change! Something new in the hot box. The Chicken has been in there so long its growing feathers. Change it up.

Everything in the Hot box always looks cold and stale, and the older heavy set guy is usually rude to customers.
