Walmart Bakery

I was supposed to have medication delivered between 9 and 11:00 a.m. I got a notice it was delayed. I understand they go through Uber and the weather is bad. All I asked for was a phone call when the medicine was picked up so that I would know, if I was on my way there I needed to come home to sign for it. They said they couldn't do that. Why can't they give me a simple phone call to let me know the medicine is on the way. The app doesn't work like that so I can't just go in and check now. And I can't schedule another time. I have to cancel the order. That means the medication will go back on the shelf. And then I'll even be twice as long to get refilled and deliver.
