Walmart Bakery

I would give zero stars if I could. I recently purchased a birthday cake from the Walmart bakery in Radcliff, KY, and I must express my disappointment with the quality. The cake was poorly made and extremely tough to bite through, resulting in an unpleasant experience for both myself and the guests. Upon reaching out to share my concerns, I was disheartened by the response I received. The customer service representative informed me that the only resolution available was a mere 10% discount, which seems inadequate given the extent of the issue. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the quality control and customer service standards within the bakery department.

Ordered a birthday cake and no one at store bothered to let me know they would not have it till i called to check on it a hour before pickup.

Yummy lunches! It's always so packed though, great friendly service. This morning the whole store smelled like gasoline, and it was a mess. I couldn't find anything

The employee was friendly and helpful. A positive experience.

They have a decent array of sweets and treats. It's hard to decide what you want.
