Walmart Bakery

My daughter wanted a very specific cake for her birthday party. I just happened to be walking by the bakery while I was grocery shopping and saw a photo showcasing heart cakes and cupcake bouquets for Valentine’s Day. I spoke with Devin, one of the bakers, who was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. I brought my daughter back so that she could talk to Devin about what she wanted. Devin took her time and went over the smallest details to make sure it was exactly what my daughter wanted. When we went to pick them up my daughter and I were seriously blown away by how AMAZING they looked! Pictures do not capture how absolutely beautiful they turned out! There’s even edible glitter on them that made the sparkle. Thank you, Devin, for your awesome gift!! You turn

I ordered a carousel birthday cake here and it came out beautiful. (The first lady told me I would have to go to a bakery, but after checking prices I decided to come back to Walmart and I got a different girl). The second baker, Devin, was so excited to work on the cake. She went over all the details and looked at the pictures I had as ideas. She put her own twist on it and it came out beautiful and tasty. She was very pleasant and kind. I put the carousel figures on top. I also got a pretty 6 inch smash cake included for the baby’s first birthday. We ordered cupcakes as well but they were made by someone else there and didn’t come out right.

They deserve no stars! Horrible horrible experience!!! Managers suck tell you there going to call back to resole issue and they don’t! People that answer the phone leave you on hold for hours then hang up.
